Unable to Interact with Metal Scrap for Quest "Automation Solution"

- How are you meant to complete Automation Solution? There are not enough Metal Scraps
- This quest is awful, I looked everywhere and cannot find enough Metal Scrap
We have received several reports of this issue and are investigating it. While it is under investigation, we would like to highlight that players experiencing this issue reported some success toggling War Mode, as well as trying some of the other solutions proposed in the comments on Wowhead.
