Didn't Receive Damage Buff From Gallagio Loyalty Rewards Club

I can't turn in the silver quest because I already have the card.Why don't I have the 10% damage buff in Undermine?
To receive rewards from the Gallagio Loyalty Rewards Club renown track, you need to complete the available quests inside the Liberation of Undermine raid.
Unique items like the Gallagio Rewards Card: Silver can only be received if you do not already have one in your inventory, so you may need to delete your current item to receive a new one.
