I get the error "Your Blocklist is Full"
Error code: BLZ51900012

You will not be able to add anybody to your blocklist until you remove existing players.

To free up space on your blocklist:
 

  1. Open the Battle.net app
  2. Select the Battle.net app logo (top left), then select Settings
  3. Select Friends & Chat
  4. Select View Block List
  5. Select Unblock on the desired number of players
