Received "Item Upgraded!" Message But Item Did Not Upgrade
Common Problems
- The pop up said "Item Upgraded!" but the item is not warforged
- Completed a World Quest, got the toast that my reward upgraded, but the item level did not increase
The "Item Upgraded!" toast will appear when you receive an enhanced item. The enhancement is not necessarily an item level increase.
The upgrade can be a gem socket or a tertiary stat that this item wouldn't normally have, such as Leech, Speed, Avoidance or Indestructible. If the item would usually be uncommon and you received a rare or epic version of it, this would also be considered an upgrade.
If an item upgrade results on an item level increase, the item will be marked as Warforged or Titanforge.
