Common Problems
- Khadgar is not here to talk to. I'm unable to turn in the quest.
- Can't complete the quest because NPC is missing.
- Khadgar seems to be phased out.
- Archmage Khadgar is missing.
There are a few story lines that can phase Khadgar and make him move around for you until you complete them. While you are in such a position, Khadgar may not be in one of his usual locations.
As an example, when attempting to hand in the A Falling Star quest, Khadgar can be in multiple phases. A quest line to take note of in particular that can cause this, would be The Harbinger, this will block his phasing until it is fully completed.
If you are unable to locate him right away, check your quest log and quest progress for other quest chains involving him, completing those should help return him to where you need him to be.
Customer Support is not able to mark quests complete or find missing quests. Community sites like Wowhead or Warcraft Wiki will often have guides for assisting with phasing or quest issues.
