Learned Module for Reaves Missing from Options List After Learning

When Reaves learns a module, the module will disappear from your inventory. The module will be learned until it is overwritten, but there are certain situations where some modules will not be available.

The Piloted Combat Mode module is only available in the Broken Isles, so it won't be visible when summoned anywhere else. It does not work in Argus, as Argus is not considered part of the Broken Isles.
