Common Problems
- I got disconnected and could not loot the chest
- Finished a Mythic+ and could not loot. My party members were able to loot just fine
If you can see the Mythic+ cache that spawns at the end of the run once the final boss has been killed, but you cannot interact with it to get loot, your character may not be eligible for loot. This can happen when your character disconnects or dies and releases spirit. Participation in the last boss fight is required to loot the chest, and Customer Support can't assist with recovering this loot.
