Customer Support is not able to provide any information regarding Hidden Artifact Appearances. If you are having issues obtaining the one for your class or spec, please consult third party sites such as Wowhead, Icy Veins, and WoWDB.
It may also be worth disabling your addons to make sure they are not affecting the NPCs spawn.
