- My tricky treats and masks are not there after I logged out and back in
- After leaving the dungeon my broom is gone
For a short period of time following the start of Hallow's End, some players encountered an issue upon relogging which causes some event items to disappear. This should no longer be occurring. If you were affected, you may want to contact Customer Support. Provided we can verify that you were impacted by this, we may be able to assist.
