- Logged in and Hearthstone progress is missing
- Hearthstone cards or adventures are missing
- All my Hearthstone links are missing
If you find any purchases or cards missing when logging in to Hearthstone from a new device, try the following:
- Log out and then back in, entering the email address and password again.
- Ensure the login information you are using is the same as on any other devices you use.
- Ensure you are logging in to the correct region.
- For desktop: you can change the region by using the drop-down above the Play button in the Blizzard Desktop App.
- For mobile devices: click on settings and then switch account. On the login screen, select your region by clicking on the button in the top right.
