Didn't receive the Eye of Gul'dan when killing Gul'dan for the quest The Nighthold: Darkness Calls.Quest items can only drop on your first kill of the week on Normal, Heroic or Mythic difficulty. If you have already killed him this week, you will not be eligible for the until all raids reset and you kill him again.
Note: In Mythic, the Eye of Gul'dan drops off of The Demon Within.
