Common Problems
- I equipped a piece of gear and my ilvl lowered
- Weapon upgrades aren't changing my char ilvl
When your item level seems lower than expected, it's always a good idea to check all equipment slots are being used. If you are using a one-handed weapon, make sure that you also carry an offhand item, or the empty slot will count against your total. If you have recently performed a faction change and use a main hand and offhand, you may need to unequip and re-equip your weapons for the offhand item to count towards your overall item level.
Customer Support is unable to update the item level of a character or an item. If you believe you have experienced a bug, please submit a bug report.
