- Check the available funds on your payment method to make sure you have enough to cover the transaction. Keep currency exchange rates in mind when checking your balance as well.
- Make sure your payment method is up to date in Battle.net Account Management. Be sure to check all the details, including the billing address.
- Try using a different payment method, such as Battle.net Balance.
- Contact your payment provider for assistance.
