Battle.net is currently running on another user account on this computer. Only one instance of Battle.net can run at a time. Follow the steps below to resolve the issue.

  1. Log in to the other user account, sign out, exit Battle.net, and try again. 
  2. A corrupted cache folder can cause issues with Blizzard games. Try deleting the Battle.net cache folder.
  3. If the issue persists, save any open files and restart your computer.
