Errors: BLZBNTBTS0000005E, BLZBNTBTS00000064, BLZBNTBNU00000007 tried to perform an action that conflicts with a process already running. For example, uninstalling the game while actively playing it.

  1. Wait for the current process to complete, and try again.
  2. Close and wait for Agent.exe to disappear from Task Manager before relaunching If the issue persists, restart your computer.
  3. This error may occur when the Desktop App is required but not installed. Please download and install this application and test again.
