The ability to create new auctions in the Diablo III auction house is disabled as of Mar. 18, 2014. Auctions with time remaining as of Mar. 18th will expire normally. If an auction has outstanding bids before the auction house is disabled, the item will be awarded to the highest bidder.
To claim items or gold from a completed or expired auction, visit the Completed tab in the auction house interface. You can claim completed auctions until Jun. 24, 2014—after that, the Auction House interface will no longer be available in-game. Any items or gold left unclaimed as of Jun. 24th will be permanently lost.
Note: Customer Support will not assist by changing an auction’s expiry time or by recovering abandoned gold or items following the auction house’s removal from the game.
