Crashing or disconnecting when turning in quests is generally due to a corrupt cache file or a connection failure. Try the troubleshooting steps below to resolve the issue:

  1. Reset your UI to make sure your User Interface files are not corrupted.
  2. Configure your network to make sure your connection is not being blocked by a firewall or router.
  3. Make sure your Network Card is properly configured.
  4. Our games require an up-to-date operating system in order to run properly. Update your operating system to be sure you're using the most recent version.
