The client could not launch properly because of a file error with a downloaded logon module.

Windows

  1. Security software can mistakenly flag the logon module as a security threat. Disable or temporarily uninstall any security programs.
  2. Programs running in the background can conflict with the module download. Try closing background applications.
  3. Windows permissions can prevent game files from being changed. Try running the game on another User Account in Windows.
