Failed to run a required program (Agent). Please wait one minute and try again. If this error reoccurs, please restart your computer and try again.
Error Codes: BLZBNTBTS0000005C, BLZBNTBTS00007

This error occurs when the Battle.net Update Agent cannot startup due to missing or corrupted data. The Battle.net Update Agent is the program that launches, updates, and installs your Blizzard games.

Windows

  1. Update or reinstall Adobe Flash Player.
  2. Ensure that Windows' Secondary Logon is enabled, which the Battle.net Update Agent requires in order to run correctly.
  3. Programs running in the background can conflict with the Battle.net Update Agent.Try closing background applications.
  4. Security software can interfere with the Battle.net Update Agent and prevent it from running properly.Disable or temporarily uninstall any security programs.
  5. You may experience errors when Battle.net Update Agent files are missing or corrupt. Delete the Battle.net Tools folder to have the Battle.net Update Agent automatically recreate necessary files.
  6. If the issue persists, uninstall the game (World of Warcraft, StarCraft II, Diablo III) and download a new copy of the game installer from the Battle.net Game Downloads page.

Mac
