File Named Battle.net Error

Keywords: BLZPTS0000L, BLZBNTBTS0000L, BLZBNTBTS0000000E
We can't continue because there's a file named "Battle.net" in your ProgramData folder (C:\ProgramData\Battle.net). Please delete that file and try again.
Errors: BLZBNTBTS0000000E, BLZBNTBTS0000L

The Battle.net installer can't continue because it detected a file already named Battle.net. If you created this file manually, it may cause installation or patching issues.

  1. Delete the folder named "Battle.net" at the file path specified in the error dialog. This should allow you to restart the installation and complete it normally.
  2. You may experience errors when Battle.net Update Agent files are missing or corrupt. Delete the Battle.net Tools folder to have the Battle.net Update Agent automatically re-create necessary files.
