"Your account is inactive"
This message means your recurring payment has not processed for the next billing period. If the game's payment status is pending, posting privileges may be restricted.
To verify your payment status:
- Log in into Account Management.
- Choose the relevant World of Warcraft license.
- Look at Account Status. If it says "Pending," payment has not yet been finalized. This usually persists for 24-48 hours.
Take the following steps to correct this issue:
- Clear your internet browser's cache, cookies, and browsing history.
- Use another browser or update your browser.
Starter Edition Accounts and Posting Privileges
Starter Edition account users cannot post in the forums, with the exception of the Customer Support forums.
If your account is suspended or banned from the forums, contact us as follows:
