If you can't find your ticket, try these steps:

  1. Make sure you're viewing tickets for the correct region. If it's incorrect, change the Region dropdown at the top of the ticket summary page.
  2. If a ticket has not had any activity for 30 days, it will be automatically archived. You can view archived tickets by selecting View all tickets.
  3. If you don't see your ticket on the ticket summary page, you may have missed the completion step. Create another Customer Support request.
