If you can't find your ticket, try these steps:
- Make sure you're viewing tickets for the correct region. If it's incorrect, change the Region dropdown at the top of the ticket summary page.
- If a ticket has not had any activity for 30 days, it will be automatically archived. You can view archived tickets by selecting View all tickets.
- If you don't see your ticket on the ticket summary page, you may have missed the completion step. Create another Customer Support request.
