Player not found.

Follow the steps below to resolve this error for Diablo II:

  1. The Battle.net realms may be down for maintenance. Check the Battle.net forums for updates.
  2. The server your character is stored on may be rebooting or installing new software. Wait an hour, then try again.
  3. The character did not successfully exit the last game it was in and may be inaccessible for up to 8 hours. We are investigating this issue.
  4. Your character may have expired. Review our Character Expiration article for more details.
