Resetting the World of Warcraft User Interface

To potentially resolve issues with your game, reset your UI to default settings.

  1. Completely exit the game.
  2. In the® Desktop Application, click Options and select Show in Explorer (Windows®) or Reveal in Finder (Mac®).
  3. Open the World of Warcraft® folder.
  4. Rename the Cache, Interface, and WTF folders to CacheOld, InterfaceOld, and WTFOld.
  5. Relaunch so the changes can take effect.

Note: Uninstall any addon managers to make sure they don't re-add your removed addons. If you need help uninstalling your addon manager, refer to the website where you downloaded it.
