Heroes of the Storm™ Shop

Heroes of the Storm™ features an in-game shop where you can purchase new heroes, hero skins, and unique mounts to use in-game. Use the Try Now button to set up a single-player testing scenario to check out an item before you purchase.


Bundles sold in the Heroes of the Storm shop may include items you purchased separately. We don't offer discounts or credit for items you already own.

Note: In the Heroes Shop, all sales are final. We highly recommend you use the Try Now button before making a purchase to try a product before you buy it.

The Heroes of the Storm shop uses your Battle.net® account's primary payment method (credit card or PayPal™) to complete purchases. If you do not have a credit card or PayPal account on file, you can add them on your Battle.net Account Management page.

If you do not have access to a credit card or PayPal, the Heroes of the Storm shop also accepts alternate payment methods like prepaid cards through Battle.net Balance. If you choose to use Battle.net Balance, it must be loaded on your account before you can use it to buy anything.

Note: Loading Battle.net Balance funds will take up to three days to complete. For a more immediate payment source, set up a primary payment method instead.

If you have Battle.net Balance on your account, the Heroes of the Storm shop will try using it before trying your primary payment method.

Common Payment Issues

If you experience errors or issues when you try to buy anything in the Heroes of the Storm shop, follow the steps below to resolve your issue.

  1. Be sure to enter your password or you CVV number correctly, if prompted.
  2. Check your primary payment method. Make sure that it's valid, not expired, and that all associated information is correct.
  3. Error 10200244 means your bank or payment provider declined the transaction. Contact your payment provider to troubleshoot the issue.
  4. If you prefer to use Battle.net Balance, make sure that you have enough. Remember that it can take up to three days for recently loaded balance to be credited to your account.
