If you experience problems with World of Warcraft after patching, first check the Realm Status page to see if your realm is currently online. If your realm is online, try the following:

  1. Reset your UI to make sure your User Interface files are not corrupted.
  2. Security software may interfere with the Update Agent. Disable or temporarily uninstall any security programs.
  3. Configure firewall and proxy settings for World of Warcraft.
  4. Restart your computer.
