The game cannot log in due to corrupted cache data in the Users/Shared/Blizzard directory, or the directory's permissions are preventing the game from accessing the Users/Shared/Blizzard directory. Try the steps below to resolve this issue:

  1. Deleting the Battle.net cache folder may resolve issues caused by outdated files. A corrupted cache file can cause issues with Blizzard games. 
  2. Repair your disk permissions and repair disk to keep your system file management at peak performance.
  3. Reset Folder & File Permissions to ensure there is no conflict between the latest OS update and your permissions.
