Weekend Character Services Sale Has Ended
Our recent Character Services Sale has ended.
Update 4:45 PM PST: This issue has been resolved, and ticketing should now be available.
We are aware of issues with our World of Warcraft in-game ticket submission system. If you require in-game assistance with World of Warcraft, please submit your ticket through our website: https://battle.net/support/
With the Global Play feature, StarCraft II players now have the ability to switch regions during maintenance windows. It’s entirely possible for different regions to be on different versions of the game on patch days, and this can lead to some confusion.
We are aware of an issue that is currently affecting the ability to log in to World of Warcraft and Diablo III.
StarCraft II Wings of Liberty Collector's Edition Thor Skin Issue
If you can’t play Heart of the Swarm and the game has launched in your region, you are likely using a regional client from a region where the game has not yet launched. For example: players using the Americas game client will not be able to play Heart of the Swarm until the game launches in the Americas: 12:00 AM Pacific Time on 12 March.
Before you can play StarCraft II: Heart of the Swarm, you must add your Heart of the Swarm game key to your Battle.net account in Battle.net Account Management
If you already have Wings of Liberty installed on your computer, you do not need to install Heart of the Swarm from the game disk. Instead, just start up the StarCraft II launcher and allow it to optimize your game files and download any pending updates.
The ethereal NPCs who offer item upgrade services in exchange for Valor or Conquest points have been removed from the game. For more information on this and other patch changes, visit the World of Warcraft 5.2 Patch Notes.
