Selected the Wrong Region When Claiming a Gift
- When accepting a gift in the App I chose the wrong region in the dropdown
- Missclicked when activating a gift and I redeemed it in the wrong region
If you received a gift in the Blizzard app and you claimed it in the wrong game region, please contact us. We can only help if your friend purchased your gift in our Blizzard Shop, or if the gift was sent by Blizzard.
