If you are playing in classic mode, with enhanced multiplayer, and are still unable to connect to Battle.net, use these troubleshooting steps to resolve it:

  • Check to see if your router has ports 6112-6119 (TCP and UDP) open. If you need assistance, PortForward.com is a useful third-party site that contains port forwarding walkthroughs for most router models.
