Battle.net App Friends List Stuck at Retrieving Details

Problemas comunes:

  • Friends show as "unknown"
  • The friend list is stuck at "Retrieving details..."
  • The app friends list remains offline, but my friends are online

If your BattleTag or Real ID friend list doesn't load, please log out and fully exit the Battle.net Desktop App, then launch the app and log in again. This will pick up any updates that were pending install.
