You can use Item Restoration in order to attempt a restoration of your WoW Classic quest items. If you are unable to use Item Restoration or if the quest items do not appear, you will need to acquire the items again. It may be necessary to abandon and restart the quest in order to regain the quest item.
Note: Completed quests cannot be redone.
