It is not possible to swap the names of two characters in the same account through the Character Name Change service.
Customer Support can help you —however, you will need to pay for the name change of both of your characters. Please add a credit card to your Battle.net Account Payment Methods and contact us. If you don't have a credit card, we also accept Battle.net Balance.
