よくある問題The WoW in game shop gets stuck on "Loading, Please wait"
You may experience this problem if:
- You just reactivated your account by purchasing game time or a subscription and your payment is still pending. Please wait until the order status changes to Complete. This can take up to 24 hours. You can check it in your Battle.net Account Transaction History.
- You have not accepted the EULA. If there was an update to the EULA, the Shop won't work until you accept it. Exit the game, log out from the Battle.net App, and log in again.
- Your WoW client is not up-to-date. Exit the game and let the Battle.net App download any missing files.
If the problem continues, please wait 24 hours and try again.
