As long as you've killed the boss in your vision, any loot unintentionally left behind will be sent via the Postmaster. It can take some time for it to be sent, but if it does not arrive please submit a bug report.
Customer Support is unable to manually provide loot or restore Horrific Vessels.
Note: If your character dies before a boss is pulled and can't participate in the fight, you will be ineligible for loot. If you are revived and can participate before the boss dies, you will become loot eligible.
