Blizzard does not have access to payment details for purchases made through console networks, but there are some basic steps which may fix this issue.
Sometimes temporary store issues may prevent the delivery of Overwatch loot box purchases in a timely manner. If they did not show up immediately, try the following steps:
- Reboot your console
- Log out of your Xbox Live, PlayStation Network, Nintendo Switch account and back in
- Restart Overwatch
PlayStation, XBox Live, and Nintendo Switch status pages may also have notifications in the case of known issues:
