Problemas comuns
- I am playing Casual and I don't see progress towards my achievements
- I completed Book of Heroes: Jaina before the new achievement system, but the achievements interface didn't mark it as complete
- I finished Book of Heroes: Rexxar, got the achievement, but didn't receive the card pack
The Achievements system was introduced with the Madness at the Darkmoon Faire expansion.
Achievements are broken up into categories and subcategories. The general Progression and Gameplay categories can be completed in Ranked, Arena, and Duels modes. They cannot be completed in Casual mode. Game Modes and Adventures categories can only be completed in their specified modes.
If you've been playing Hearthstone for a while and you already met the criteria, some achievements may be retroactively granted to you as soon as you log in. The displayed date of completion will be the day you first logged in after Madness at the Darkmoon Faire launched (the date the game granted you the achievement) and not the date when you actually completed the achievement.
Book of Heroes: Jaina & Book of Heroes: Rexxar
If you completed Book of Heroes: Jaina or Book of Heroes: Rexxar before Madness at the Darkmoon Faire came out, you should have been granted the respective achievements automatically. Unfortunately, due to an issue, the game couldn't mark these achievements as complete.
You can earn these achievements by repeating the Book of Heroes adventures. Please note that repeating the adventure will not grant an additional card pack, you already earned the card pack when you first completed the adventure.
Customer Support has no ability to grant achievements that were not granted in-game. To report a bug with an achievement, visit the Hearthstone Bug Report forums.
