Overwatch Error 2: Unable to download data (PS4)

An issue arose when your console tried to download data from our servers. It may be caused by a problem with your connection.

1. If you're using a wireless connection, optimize your internet connection to rule out a connection issue.
2. Check your network configuration to find any issues with your firewall, router, or port settings.
3. Reset your network devices to make sure your router hasn't become flooded with data.
4. Uninstall and reinstall your game.
