Can't Interact with Hammertoe Grez in Uldaman

We have received multiple reports of this issue and are currently investigating it. To be able to turn in the quest, ensure that the quest items are in your bags, not in your bank or missing. Sometimes leaving the area and coming back has been reported to help refresh Hammertoe.
