Abandoned Reconstructing "Fear And Flesh" and Lost Pages

If you abandon a quest accidentally and lose progress, go back to the quest giver to pick the quest back up. For this quest, you will need to start progress over again, but with the recent changes you are able to complete all cloak upgrade quests with a single vision, as long as you complete all objectives within that vision.
