Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War is installed through the Battle.net Desktop App.
You must first own a copy of the game.
- If you purchased the game on the Battle.net Shop, your order must be complete. Please check the status of your order.
- If you purchased the game outside the Battle.net Shop you must redeem your code on your Battle.net account before you log in to the Battle.net app.
If you don't see the option to install, make sure you are logged in with the correct Battle.net account. If the problem continues, visit our support article: Black Ops Missing from the App.
