Blizzard Customer Support can help you with Battle.net account issues, for example, recovering access to your Battle.net account or changing your Battle.net account details.

Blizzard Customer Support cannot help with Activision account issues, for example, if you lost access to your Activision account or if your Activision account was hacked. Please contact Activision Support. 

Payment Issues

Blizzard Customer Support can help you with payment issues for purchases made on the Battle.net Shop only.

Blizzard Customer Support cannot help you with payment issues for purchases on any other platform (console or mobile) or purchases made in-game. 

Technical Issues

Blizzard Customer Support can help you with installation and patching issues if you are playing on desktop through the Battle.net App. 

Blizzard Customer Support cannot help with:

• Technical issues if you play on console
• Technical issues you experience in-game, including:
  • Disconnections
  • Latency
  • Crashes
  • Poor performance
