- I am not offered the quest "The Legion Returns"
- I boosted to 50 and I don't have a hearthstone to teleport to Dalaran
- Abandoned "The Battle for the Broken Shore" and cannot pick it up again
If your character is below level 50, visit Chromie outside the embassy in your faction's capital city, and start Legion Timewalking. Note that if your experience is locked, you will first need to unlock your experience to be able to do Timewalking.
If your character is level 50 or above, visit the Hero's Call Board in Stormwind or the Warchief's Command Board in Orgrimmar and pick up the Broken Shore option "Fight The Legion". This will grant you the quest "The Legion Returns" (Alliance/Horde).
When you turn this quest in, Recruiter Lee (Alliance) or Holgar Stormaxe (Horde) will give you a choice to skip the introductory quest line to the Broken Shore. If you choose to skip, you will be immediately teleported to Dalaran and you will be asked to hand in the last quest, In the Blink of an Eye —turn in this quest to receive your Dalaran Hearthstone. For some classes, In the Blink of an Eye may be offered from the message board in Stormwind/Orgrimmar after the prerequisite quests are completed.
