Friend Or Family Member Made Unauthorized Purchase
- My child made a purchase I did not authorize

When a purchase is made by a friend or family member using your payment method without your permission, Customer Service may be able to assist with a refund if you have not already disputed the charge with your financial institution.
We can only assist if we are able to find the order. If you don't have the order number or you don't know the Battle.net account email on which the purchase happened, contact us through Live Support so that we can investigate.
If you have any concerns regarding the security of your payment method, we recommend contacting your financial institution or credit card company for assistance.
