Common Problems
- When trying to remove the survey it says there was an error and the message and icon in game stay.
Customer Support ticket status messages in World of Warcraft change as your ticket is queued, in progress, or answered. You can click on the icon to modify the ticket, read a response, or fill out a survey, depending on the ticket status.
If the ticket status message gets stuck, try the following steps:
- Click on the icon and ensure you've taken any required steps mentioned, such as filling out the survey or responding to a ticket that needs more information
- Turn off all your addons by pressing Esc > AddOns > Disable All > Reload UI, and try again
- Fully reset your interface to remove any corrupted files that may be causing problems, and try again
- Open a browser and log into eu.battle.net and us.battle.net. Check your open CS tickets in both regions. The ticket list will not be the same on each site
