Common Problems

  • Recently paid for Balance in the Shop but cannot spend it
  • Want to speed up the processing time of a Balance top-up
  • I paid but have not received my balance

When purchasing a Balance top-up on the Shop, you will usually receive your Balance within ten minutes. In some rare cases, transactions could be delayed for up to 48 hours. You can review the status of your top-up order in your Transaction History page. 

Customer Support cannot speed up the processing time of Balance top-ups.
