Mobile Authenticator - Resync Failed

Common Problems

  • I can't login because my authenticator code is not working.
  • I tried resyncing my authenticator but it gave me an error.

Your Authenticator codes may not work if the Authenticator app goes out of sync.

If you have a mobile Authenticator, click on Enter Code Manually and then Try resyncing directly at the code screen. If the codes are still invalid after synchronizing, you can Reset the app by clicking the three dots in the upper right corner of the app, then Reset, and follow the instructions.

If the authenticator is still not resyncing ensure your account is secured, and if you have a physical authenticator, we can help you remove your authenticator
