- I was charged twice for a purchase made on my mobile device in Hearthstone
- I got charged double for the same order
If your credit card or bank account statement shows two (or more) charges for the same order, this means your financial institution set funds on hold until the transaction settles. However, you will be charged only once. The held funds should be released within 72 hours.
If you have not received your funds after 72 hours, please contact your mobile provider (Google Play, Apple, or Amazon) for assistance. Customer Support cannot refund mobile orders as these are done through your mobile provider's platform.
