Common Problems

  • I have a high ping while playing Diablo III.
  • Ran around on pre-explored terrain and was thrown back to my starting location.

  5. Try closing background applications to resolve any software conflicts.
Advanced Troubleshooting
  1. Old network card drivers and settings may affect your connection in our games. Try troubleshooting your network card.
  2. If you're using a VPN, try removing it.
