Common Problems
- Stuck in the "Searching for game" queue
- After a disconnect I re-queue and continuously disconnect in a loop
- I am trying to connect to an Overwatch match, but keep seeing "Joining Match" and never joining game
If you are stuck searching for or joining an Overwatch match, please check Twitter feeds for BlizzardCS and PlayOverwatch for possible ongoing issues.
If there are no announcements indicating that this is a known problem on social media, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Log out of the game and back in
- Log in to a different region once and then log back in on your preferred region
- Log out of the game and the Battle.net service, wait 30 minutes, and log back in
- Disable "Quality of Service," UPnP, or other settings designed to optimize play
- Do a password reset to refresh account
